Prof. Shizuo Akira, Core Researcher of the AKIRA Project, Assoc. Prof. Taro Kawai, Sub-Project Member of the AKIRA Project, and their co-workers have published an article in Immunity about a molecular mechanism that propagates the adjuvant efficacy of polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid (synthetic double stranded RNA) stimulation.

This paper is an outcome of the AKIRA Project, FIRST Program.
